Efectivamente, o nome do determinador vem muitas vezes anotado entre parentesis, o que poderia ser o caso neste exemplar. Curiosamente, este nome científico foi publicado por C. B. Clarke, e no protologue ele admite como um dos sinónimos o mesmo nome publicado por Sprengel (https://www.biodiversitylibrary.org/page/702094#page/122/mode/1up). Pode ser que a pessoa que determinou queria apenas indicar que o exemplar corresponde ao nome de Sprengel e por conseguinte ao de C. B. Clarke... ? Ou terá sido o próprio C. B. Clarke a fazer a determinação? É muito difícil saber sem ter mais informações sobre a história deste exemplar...
