The fields requested initially are simple.
Registered users are promoted as they accumulate validated answers.
High levels are asked for fields considered more difficult to interpret.

Thank you @phil. I guess when you wrote the comment it was because other users were suggesting the oldest determination (no determiner and no date) to go on line 1. Meanwhile the right determinations went into the right place: the most recent on line 1. To those wondering why is that, rather than the last line, is because we need to indicate on the central database which is the current determination when ingesting the data, so having it on 1st place is the easiest way because it's always the same position for every specimen.

Thanks for pointing that out @phil. Indeed the two most recent determinations have determiners and dates, but the oldest one on the specimen label has no determiners nor determination date assigned, so we should not assume that.

Obrigado @MargaridaJesus. Os exemplares por vezes passam por diferentes instituições. Na nossa base de dados neste momento apenas podemos registar uma. É discutível qual será a melhor, mas aqui tendemos a privilegiar a primeira. Vou adicionar essa informação às instruções!

thank you @phil. You are right. Apparently I did not configure this field in the most appropriate way. The issue is that the labels often only say when a plant is cultivated, and omit this when they are not. In our central database, this is a checkbox that we check when cultivated. I have changed the form to have only "yes" as an option, and if no information about cultivation, people select the "no information" checkbox. Hope this is more clear about how to fill in this field.
