    thanks @phil. I'm glad you are aware of Bionomia. Once our specimens get a collector or determined validated, they are ingested into our main database, where people get assigned global universal identifiers (Wikidata and ORCID). On every synchronization with GBIF data gets updated and can be used by Bionomia to assign specimens to the right people. We have also a mechanism in place that gets data from Bionomia and add people's identifiers on our database to specimens that volunteers assing on Bionomia ;-)

    Thank you @phil. I guess when you wrote the comment it was because other users were suggesting the oldest determination (no determiner and no date) to go on line 1. Meanwhile the right determinations went into the right place: the most recent on line 1. To those wondering why is that, rather than the last line, is because we need to indicate on the central database which is the current determination when ingesting the data, so having it on 1st place is the easiest way because it's always the same position for every specimen.
